Job Details

Acteur leader de la logistique de santé depuis près de 60 ans, Alloga France est aujourd’hui le 2e dépositaire sur le marché français et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé.


Responsabilités :


Rattaché à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous interviendrez à la fois sur des sujets juridiques et sur des projets RH structurants, avec une réelle autonomie progressive.


Volet droit social & relations sociales :

- Assurer une veille juridique sociale (législation, jurisprudence, convention collective…)
- Réaliser des recherches juridiques et rédiger des notes d’analyse
- Participer à la rédaction d’accords collectifs
- Contribuer à l’organisation des élections professionnelles
- Appuyer la préparation des instances représentatives du personnel
- Sécuriser les pratiques RH au regard du droit social


Volet projets RH :


- Participer au développement de la marque employeur (contenus, supports, campagnes internes/externes)
- Contribuer à des projets de communication RH (valorisation des métiers, initiatives internes, QVT…)
- Intervenir sur des projets RSE et structurants (ex : renouvellement EcoVadis)
- Proposer et piloter des actions innovantes pour renforcer l’attractivité et l’engagement collaborateurs
- Créer des supports impactants (présentations, contenus digitaux, storytelling RH)


Support RH & transversal :


- Apporter un appui sur des sujets administratifs RH à dimension juridique sur l'ensemble des entités CENCORA FRANCE
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des process RH

- Être force de proposition sur les outils et pratiques

Votre profil

Master 2 en Droit social (Bac+5)

- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles (juridique et communication)
- Créativité, sens du message et goût pour la communication
- Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens de la confidentialité
- Curiosité, proactivité et envie d’apprendre
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en transversal


Outils :
Très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (PowerPoint attendu)
Appétence pour les outils digitaux et de création de contenu
