About the Role

 

As part of our IT Service Desk team, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues across North West Europe—helping keep our business running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, develop your problem-solving skills, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support queries across North West Europe
  • Log, track, and manage support requests through our Service Desk system
  • Deliver first-line technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Ensure all tickets are logged with accuracy and high-quality detail
  • Support key processes such as new starters, leavers, and role changes
  • Work to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, providing guidance and updates
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of Service Desk Specialists
  • Operate in line with Bureau Veritas’ quality standards and values
