Execution and Commercial Trade Assistant Operator_Internship

JOB PURPOSE:

Monitor and manage all aspects of contracts execution related to the physical delivery of goods, while accurately recording daily trading operations in the Integrated Trading System.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute contracts and manage communication with suppliers, customers, and forwarding agents;
• Ensure that all required and adequate financial securities for payment are in place and compliant with contractual terms;
• Record daily trading operations in the Integrated Trading System and other corporate platforms;
• Maintain close coordination with Traders to ensure a smooth flow of information between all involved departments, especially Shipping, Risk, Trade Finance, and other corporate functions;
• Comply with EU regulations.
