At Nox, we believe night trains shouldn’t be left in a nostalgic niche, but become an integral part of sustainable long-distance travel in Europe. For too long, overnight trains have meant shared compartments with strangers, low reliability and high prices. We’re here to change that. Our mission is to reinvent night trains from the ground up: With fully private rooms and efficient operations which allow ticket prices as low as short-haul flights. Nox aims to become Europe’s most desirable long-distance transport brand, reconnecting the continent through a new network of night trains built around three core principles: privacy, efficiency, and affordability.

<p><strong><em>If you’re insanely good at something, tell us your story.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>About Nox</strong></p> <p>Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience, people travel in style, saving time being asleep. We now search for the most passionate and talented people out there to bring the first of many more Nox trains on the tracks.</p> <p>We believe in strong teams through diversity, fresh thinking, and a shared commitment to build something meaningful. We are writing it for the person.</em></p> <p>From now on, every single day at Nox will be the most exciting in our history so far. The foundations we lay now will define what Nox becomes for the next decade. While everyone oversees their specialised fields, from one day to another you can become an industrial designer, logistics expert a brand hero and so on. Not because we planned it, but because it was required. </p> <p>Therefore: This internship is an open application. Tell us what you want to build, where you want to leave your mark, and we will shape a six-month project around it together.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Where you could leave your mark</strong></p> <p><em>Pick one, blend two, or pitch us something we haven&#39;t thought of yet. Examples of what previous and current team members spend their days on:</em></p> <ul> <li>Brand and launch moments: owning logistics, invitations and on-site choreography for our biggest moments of the year.</li> <li>Hospitality and onboard experience: defining what it actually feels like to travel with Nox, from arrival to morning coffee.</li> <li>Operations and crew: building the playbooks and tools that keep the train and the people on it running.</li> <li>B2B and commercial: opening doors with the partners and decision-makers who bring travellers to Nox.</li> <li>Growth and marketing: building the engine that turns a first train into a household name.</li> <li>Product and tech: working alongside our PMs to shape the digital Nox experience from a customer-first angle.</li> <li>Anything else: if there is a topic in night-train travel that genuinely excites you and we haven&#39;t listed it, pitch it.</li> </ul> <p>You will report into one of our Co-Founders or our Chief of Staff, and you will sit close to whichever team your project lives in.</p> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Your experience</strong></p> <p><em>We care less about your degree, but more about how you think, how you ship, and what you have already built before joining us.</em></p> <ul> <li>You are currently studying, on a gap semester, or have recently graduated. Background can be anything from business and design to engineering, hospitality or social sciences. What matters is the way you reason, write and execute.</li> <li>You have first hands-on experience from internships, student ventures, your own side projects, association leadership, or any environment where you owned something end-to-end.</li> <li>You are an exceptionally strong communicator, comfortable writing outreach to senior partners as much as briefing the founders on what is going on.</li> <li>You combine structured thinking with hustler energy: you spot what is missing, take ownership, and ship before being asked.</li> <li>You are AI-native and use modern tools to move faster, whether that is HubSpot, Notion, Figma, AI research and writing tools, or whatever else gets the job done.</li> <li>Fluent English is a must.
