About the Role

The Business Development Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the growth initiatives of the company by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in the development of strategic partnerships. This position offers hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, report preparation, presentation development, and client relationship management, enabling you to contribute directly to expanding our customer base and increasing revenue streams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support inside sales and prospecting activities, including lead generation and account profiling.
  • Assist with maintaining prospect information and commercial activities within CRM systems.
  • Research, develop, and test AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve commercial productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support commercial initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to cross-functional commercial activities.

  • Strong communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for daily tasks like preparing client presentations, drafting emails, and compiling reports. 
  • Analytical skills to interpret market research data and identify promising business opportunities. 
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills facilitate effective coordination with sales and marketing departments to align strategies and share insights.

Preferred skills:  

  • Familiarity with CRM software enhance the ability to track and manage client interactions efficiently, improving lead conversion rates. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools supports outreach efforts, enabling the intern to contribute to innovative business development campaigns.
