About the Role

Job Mission 

Support the marketing team in driving brand engagement and customer loyalty through strategic research and creative communication. Conduct market research to uncover trends and insights, craft compelling social media content to boost online presence, and assist in drafting targeted email communications. A key focus will be contributing to the launch of a new relationship rewards program, helping to shape customer experiences and strengthen brand connections. 

Job Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze data and present insights to support marketing strategy and campaign development.
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Arrange social media posts using content calendars 
  • Draft and edit email communications for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a new relationship rewards program, including content creation, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $19/Hour - USD $20/Hour.
