<p>boOst is one of ten new Startup Factories in Germany, based in Dresden, Leipzig and Jena. We help early-stage founders go from idea to real company through sprints, incubators and scale internationally through a strong international network.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p>We&#39;re looking for someone to join our marketing team and work directly alongside our Graphic Designer &amp; Content Creator. You&#39;ll help us tell boOst&#39;s story across Instagram and LinkedIn, manage our community, and support the day-to-day creative output. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one - perfect if you want to build a portfolio in startup marketing, content and design. </p> <p>What you&#39;ll do</p> <ul> <li>Write captions for Instagram and LinkedIn posts </li> <li>Plan and publish posts and stories on a regular schedule</li> <li>Manage our community: reply to DMs and comments, engage with relevant accounts, follow up on inquiries</li> <li>Support content production: simple graphic work in Canva, Figma or Adobe (templates already exist)</li> <li>Help with marketing tasks: content calendar maintenance in Notion, basic reporting, campaign coordination around events</li> <li>Occasionally support on-site at events (photo handover, story coverage, community interaction)</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Strong written German and English (C1+); able to write in a clear, human, non-corporate tone</li> <li>Genuine interest in startups, design and content marketing</li> <li>Reliable, self-organized, able to take ownership of recurring tasks</li> <li>Bonus: photography/video editing experience, Notion knowledge, prior community management</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Direct insight into how a startup ecosystem operates from the inside</li> <li>A close, collaborative team that values quality and learning</li> <li>Flexible hours, hybrid setup, modern tools and a clean design system to build on</li> <li>Fair compensation based on experience and scope</li> <li>Office Leipzig City centre (Markt) and Gläserne Manufaktur Dresden</li> </ul> <p>Details</p> <ul> <li><strong>Start:</strong> as soon as possible</li> <li><strong>Scope:</strong> ~15–20 h/week (flexible, working student or internship possible)</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Leipzig (hybrid)</li> </ul> <p>We&#39;re looking forward to bringing the regional startup ecosystem on the global map.</p>
