About the Role

As a Hardware Validation Intern, you will support the development of test systems for Harman products by assisting in the organization and optimization of hardware test cabinets and modules, as well as maintaining accurate digital records. Through collaboration with the team, you will contribute to improving the efficiency and standardization of testing resource management.

What You Will Do

  • Support to TTR Suzhou laboratory build up, layout of function area, power, compressed air, network, signal port, tools, consumables, shelves.
  • Idle test rack of PR China scraping in technical and financial.
  • Modular simulation/design and build of test rack, test rack and re-usable modules digitization on Test Vision System.
  • Digital laboratory build-up include digital real-time project tracking and digital warehouse to realize demand-oriented warehousing.
  • Continuously partner with engineers in TTR on test rack development to ensure that test requirements and timing are met in different project and product.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • A thorough understanding of 3D digital Modeling and simulation, skill of Solidworks / Cero, AutoCAD.
  • Practical skills in mechanical and electrical engineering, hand-on type.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical for vehicle component test.
  • Demonstrable level of English, proficiency in English speaking / writing / presentation.
  • MS office skills and documentation sense.
