About the Role

NXP China Rewards team manages compensation and benefits programs that succeed in attracting and retaining employees. We love to work as a team to find comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex situations. We are looking for a student intern to assist with the execution of local benefits programs and to support various Global Rewards projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for benefits program communication sessions and trainings, and support the preparation of communication materials as needed.
  • Assist in designing engaging promotional materials (e.g., emails, posters, health newsletters) to enhance employee awareness of benefits programs and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support the day‑to‑day administration of benefits programs and contribute to the annual renewal process.
  • Partner with site HR teams to arrange and execute on‑site wellbeing activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Country Rewards SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy and user-friendly navigation.
  • Provide support in the implementation of various Global Rewards projects.

Requirements:

  • Second- or third‑year undergraduate student, or first- or second‑year master’s student.
  • Majors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, English Literature, or Business Administration are preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical capabilities are preferred.
