About the Role
Job Summary   We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support the Production & Execution team in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and process tracking. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how large-scale branded content projects are executed from the backend. You will work closely with the production team to help keep projects organized, ensure paperwork moves on time, and gradually understand the business of content execution.   About the Team   The Branded Content Team works within the network to conceptualize and execute integrated brand solutions across platforms. The team specializes in brand integrations, vignettes, and content-led collaborations across nonfiction and fiction formats. Key Responsibilities Support the Branded Content Execution team in day-to-day project coordination and status tracking. Work closely with Production, Creative, Sales, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure tasks move on time. Maintain project trackers, basic MIS and documentation in a structured and timely manner. Assist in process management for PAF, PR, PO creation and production house paperwork. Follow up internally for approvals, agreements, vendor onboarding and payment updates. Organize project files, briefs and commercial documents for easy access and reference. Help the team move projects smoothly from deal closure to execution and delivery. Gradually build understanding of the branded content workflow and business processes. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong coordination and follow-up skills Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Good organizational and documentation abilities Attention to detail and process-oriented approach Ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines Clear written and verbal communication Responsible, dependable and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree or graduate in commerce/finance stream. 1-2 year experience in media, production, operations, project coordination, finance background or firms.
