Job Description

  • During your internship, you will communicate with our suppliers on the purchasing side and actively participate in negotiations.
  • You will provide key support in the strategic evaluation of suppliers within an international market environment, for instance, as part of benchmarking activities.
  • Working independently, you will secure global supplier capacities and take on special projects, such as component price cross-comparisons.
  • Furthermore, you will prepare quotation comparisons, execute project awards, and prepare critical purchasing decisions.
  • Acting as a central interface, you will collaborate with various Bosch specialist departments worldwide to ensure seamless operations.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for independently analyzing purchasing data such as volumes, part numbers, drawings and supporting the global category team in annual price negotiation preparation.
  • Finally, you will work as part of the global purchasing team, including project purchasing and purchasing quality.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and AI a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: you approach tasks with motivation and independence, bringing a structured mindset to your work
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup by arrangement
  • Enthusiasm: passion for working within an international team and alignment with our products
  • Languages: very good in English and good in German

Additional Information

Start: September 2026
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required) 

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
