About the Role

KPI & Data Analysis Intern

Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a KPI & Data Analysis Intern within the Quality&Procurement Department at our HQ Nuvola in Torino.

As an intern you’ll support the manager and team carrying out daily activities related to quality reporting processes and data analysis for our HQ. This involves collecting quality data from various sources, including reports and documentation of quality processes, assisting in data analysis and interpretations, and preparing accurate reports based on defined frameworks and requirements.

 

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Support in monitoring quality data, institutional reporting related to food & machine performances
  • Support in maintaining PowerBI dashboards for Quality (Food & machines)
  • Support in monitoring figures for quality reporting
  • Support in monitoring Quality KPI’s
  • Support in ad hoc data analysis

 

💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: July/September 2026
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
  • You have a master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Information Technology
  • You have an analytical mindset and good Excel and Power-Point skills
  • A basic knowledge of Power BI tool is recommended
