In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations and assist with our day-to-day accounting and billing processes.</p> <ul> <li>Support the daily operations of the Billing &amp; Payments team to ensure smooth and accurate financial workflows.</li> <li>Handle the processing of incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately verified and recorded.</li> <li>Assist with the reconciliation of payments and journal entries across our systems to maintain high data integrity.</li> <li>Support the team with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) topics, helping to track, manage, and resolve open items.</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-profile">Your Profile:</h2> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for daily operational tasks.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced finance team.</li> <li>Previous experience or familiarity with DATEV and/or QuickBooks will be a strong plus.</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-opportunity">Your Opportunity:</h2> <ul> <li>Take an active role in shaping an innovative, growth-orientated international corporate group from its early stages; seize the opportunity to become irreplaceable!</li> <li>Take on responsibility as you become an important part of a young, ambitious, and friendly team with a shared desire to develop its skills</li> <li>Enjoy opportunities to work independently, with flexible hours</li> <li>Take your skills, talents, and career to the next level as you grow with us</li> </ul>
