About the Role
JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision assist the designated department by performing a variety of routine clerical task assignments.

EDUCATION
High School student at least 16 years of age
EXPERIENCE
1 year experience in an office environment preferred

- Answer telephone, handling multiple lines
- Handle routine office inquiries
- Operate office equipment such as computer, copier, fax, typewriter, and calculator
- Respond to requests for information, in person or over the phone, and provide necessary customer service to internal and external customers
- Type correspondence and other documents from notes, copies, or rough drafts
- Scan and process departmental documents such as surveys or office documents
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Provide support to other areas as needed
