About the Role

Job Description Summary:

Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Facilities department in Seattle, supporting office services and hospitality.

Job Description:

Interns may support work related to:

  • Office Services  Supporting day‑to‑day office services operations, including courier and interoffice mail delivery, copy and production requests, and office supply distribution. This role assists with organizing and stocking offices, workstations, copy rooms, pantries, and common areas, as well as supporting conference room set‑ups and special office services projects.
  • Hospitality   Providing front‑of‑house and hospitality support for staff, clients, and guests. Responsibilities may include conference and event set‑ups, food and beverage delivery, pantry and catering equipment maintenance, and basic front desk coverage such as greeting visitors and answering phones. This role also supports signage creation and special events, contributing to a welcoming and well‑organized office experience.

These openings provide hands‑on experience in facilities operations, workplace services, and cross‑team collaboration in a professional office environment. We’re a team that embraces AI and innovation as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are curious about new tools, willing to experiment, and open to evolving how they do their best work.

This internship will be in our Seattle, WA office and requires 100% in office presence. This role is non-exempt and will be part -time. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and teamwork abilities

The anticipated range for this position is:

$1 - $1,500,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.  Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
