Apoyar las actividades del equipo de Corporate Affairs en la gestión de comunicación corporativa, asuntos gubernamentales, relaciones institucionales y reputación de la compañía, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos estratégicos del área.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Dar soporte en la elaboración de materiales de comunicación: presentaciones, briefs, reportes y mensajes clave para audiencias internas y externas.
  • Monitorear medios de comunicación, redes sociales y entorno político-regulatorio relevante para el negocio.
  • Apoyar en la coordinación logística de eventos, reuniones con stakeholders y actividades institucionales.
  • Investigar y sintetizar información sobre tendencias del sector, cambios regulatorios y actividad legislativa.
  • Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos de contactos clave (medios, gobierno, organizaciones de pacientes, asociaciones industriales).
  • Colaborar en la preparación de materiales para voceros y liderazgo.
  • Dar seguimiento a compromisos y acciones derivadas de reuniones internas y externas.
  • Apoyar en iniciativas de reputación, sustentabilidad y responsabilidad social corporativa, según aplique.

Perfil requerido

  • Estudiante a partir de 4° semestre de: Comunicación, Ciencias Políticas, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración, Derecho o carrera afín.
  • Faltante mínimo de un año para el término de materias
  • Disponibilidad por las mañanas (6 horas)
  • Excelente redacción y comunicación oral en español; inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
  • Manejo de herramientas de Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) y plataformas digitales.
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y habilidad para manejar múltiples prioridades.
  • Discreción en el manejo de información confidencial.
  • Actitud proactiva, orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
