Job Description:

Join Pitney Bowes an an Intern

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules.

  • Support business users in resolving SAP Finance-related issues and queries.

  • Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

  • Help document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.

  • Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.

  • Prepare reports and analyze financial data using SAP tools.

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to improve business processes.

  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities within SAP.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
