What you´ll build 

You'll help SAP Switzerland's sales organization run on facts, not guesswork. In this role, you turn raw numbers into clear analytics and insights that sales managers and reps use to steer their business — which deals to prioritize, how the pipeline looks, and where to adjust to hit target. Your work gives the sales force a reliable view of performance and the confidence to act on it. 

 

You'll be a go-to partner for the sales teams. From answering day-to-day questions to removing operational roadblocks, you make it easier for reps to sell and spend more time with customers instead of chasing internal processes. 

 

You'll keep the sales engine running smoothly. That means putting our go-to-market plans into action — making sure quotas, territories, and account assignments are set up correctly and work the way they should. When the foundation is solid, deals move faster and with fewer surprises. 

 

You'll also handle the administrative tasks that keep everything accurate and on track, ensuring sales data and records are clean, consistent, and ready when people need them.

What you bring 

  • Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (regular enrolment), preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a related field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with confident Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and PowerPoint for presentations 
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, paired with quick comprehension and an entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality 
  • Ability to research complex topics and make them accessible to any audience 
  • High level of self-reliance combined with a collaborative, team-oriented working style 
  • Availability for a targeted employment duration of 2 years or longer, working from our Zurich office 

 

Beyond these essentials, we're looking for someone proactive, well-organized, and communicative who takes ownership of topics and drives them open-mindedly toward results. You bring high engagement and self-initiative, a genuine interest in business, technology and an openness to learning and mastering new tools and technologies. You're equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, able to prioritize effectively, and motivated by a natural curiosity for innovation and business models. 

 

  • Language requirements: Fluent written and verbal German and English are essential for this role
