The Store Experience & Training Intern will support the development of tools, resources, and programs that elevate both the customer and employee experience across the Johnny Was store fleet.
Working closely with the Director of Visual Strategy & Store Experience, this role will assist in creating onboarding resources, training materials, selling tools, communication materials, and operational support documents that help bring our Engagement Excellence strategy to life.
This internship provides hands-on experience in retail operations, store experience, training, visual strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing retail organization.

          

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist in the creation and organization of onboarding and training materials

·       Support the development of selling tools, product knowledge resources, and customer experience programs

·       Help prepare presentations, guides, and communication materials for field teams

·       Organize and maintain program documentation, calendars, and project trackers

·       Assist with visual content, photo organization, and presentation formatting

·       Support special projects related to store experience, engagement, and operational excellence

Qualifications

·       Current college student or recent graduate

·       Strong organizational and communication skills

·       Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

·       Interest in retail, customer experience, training, communications, or brand operations

·       Strong presentation and document formatting skills
