Acerca de esta oportunidad


Buscamos un estudiante para unirse a nuestra fábrica de Tlaxcala (presencial, tiempo completo). En este rol apoyarás las actividades de industrialización y NPI, contribuyendo a asegurar una transición fluida de nuevos y modificados productos hacia la producción en serie. Trabajarás de la mano con ingenieros/as y equipos de producción, impulsando una manufactura segura, eficiente y de alta calidad.

Lo que harás

  • Apoyar la transferencia de productos y procesos desde R&D al sitio de producción, bajo la guía de ingenieros/as con experiencia.
  • Colaborar en la preparación y actualización de documentación de producción: instrucciones de trabajo, planes de control y requisitos de prueba.
  • Participar en la implementación y mejora de procesos de producción, buscando seguridad, ergonomía y eficiencia en el piso de fábrica.
  • Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua y reducción de costos, proponiendo ideas y apoyando su ejecución junto con operadores/as y técnicos/as.

Las habilidades que aportas

  • Estudiante activo/a de Ingeniería en los últimos semestres.
  • Inglés intermedio. 
  • Conocimientos académicos o básicos en producción / ingeniería de manufactura.
  • Interés en temas de preparación y ejecución de producción: montaje de líneas, capacidad de proceso, validación y calidad.
  • Motivación por aprender sobre NPI / industrialización y ramp-up hacia producción en serie.
  • Interés en mejora de procesos y optimización (mentalidad Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma o similar).
  • Mentalidad analítica, curiosidad y forma de trabajo estructurada, con ganas de aprender de mentores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en la fábrica de Tlaxcala, con presencia regular en el piso de producción.
