Job Description

We are looking for a high‑potential Finance Intern to join our Financial Reporting team, offering hands‑on exposure to real‑world finance, accounting, and business operations. The role also provides insight into how finance teams collaborate with auditors, actuarial partners, management, and regional stakeholders.

As an intern, you will:

  • Learn about reinsurance: Gain exposure to how insurance risks are shared and reported

  • Explore specialised accounting topics: Learn, at a high level, about consolidation concepts and Non‑Controlling Interest (NCI) accounting

  • Experience the close process: Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, including support on reconciliations and reviews

  • Develop data storytelling skills: Use Excel and other tools to analyse data, identify trends, and support process improvements

  • Collaborate broadly: Work alongside teams across finance and the wider business

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interest in business, finance, analytics, or problem‑solving

  • Comfortable working with Excel and data

  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail

  • Good written and spoken English

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data, or a related discipline

  • Strong academic performance
