¿Te encuentras estudiando Ing. Industrial, Mecatrónica o similares y te gustaría empezar a desarrollar experiencia en el área de procesos?, Esta oportunidad de ser Becario en nuestra planta de Tlaxcala, es para ti, porque te brindaremos los conocimientos necesarios para aprender y tareas desafiantes para crecer. Tendrás la experiencia profesional más temprana en el área de Ing. Industrial y de procesos, que te brindará la oportunidad de impulsar tu carrera, desarrollar habilidades y generar un impacto inmediato.

Tus funciones:

- Control de procesos en línea de producción.

- Generar instrucciones de trabajo.

- Diseñar procesos.

- Realizar ajustes necesarios en las líneas de producción.

- Analizar las estrategias actuales y mejorar constantemente los procesos de producción.

- Optimizar el flujo de trabajo para aumentar la productividad y la rentabilidad.

Lo que buscamos:

- Estudiante Ing. Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o Manufactura. (Indispensable ser estudiante de últimos cursos)

- Conocimientos básicos de líneas de producción.

- Bases de Lean Manufacturing.

- Comunicación a diferentes niveles.

- Conocimientos de diseño, optimización y mantenimiento de la cadena de suministro.

- Optimización de procesos en manufactura.

- Disponibilidad de acudir 4 horas diarias a la planta.
