What you need to know about this position:

  • Ensure the skill matrix is regularly updated and accurately maintained to reflect current competency levels.
  •  Support the standardization and continuous improvement of all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and OPLs (One-Point Lessons).
  •  Develop and organize the equipment tree structure for the new production line to ensure proper asset management and documentation
  •  Compile, review, and register spare parts lists for all new OEM equipment to support maintenance readiness and inventory control.
  • Follow up on material requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery according to project schedules.
