Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

Shadowing engineers and operational leaders to learn company processes and workflows

• Assisting with basic engineering, production, or administrative tasks as assigned
• Observing manufacturing and quality processes related to windows and doors
• Participating in team meetings, plant walkthroughs, and project discussions
• Learning safety standards, product specifications, and operational best practices
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

This role is intended to provide practical industry experience and professional development opportunities for students pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
