Alternant(e) Chargé Des Ressources Humaines H/F

Missions:

 

  • Gestion du processus de recrutement (CDD, Alternants, Stages)
  • Organisation et gestion du processus d’Onboarding
  • Gestion de l’intérim
  • Gestion des carrières et des formations individuelles
  • Participation à l’élaboration et au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences
  • Accompagnement des managers au quotidien sur le terrain dans l’application des procédures et la gestion du changement
  • Soutien opérationnel dans le suivi des différents temps forts RH du service
  • Être le relai de notre service partagé (GPS)

Votre profil:

  • Formation : BAC+5 dans le domaine RH avec une expérience professionnelle et opérationnelle
  • Qualités : Rigueur, polyvalence, sens de l'écoute, bon relationnel, aurtonomie et gestion des priorités
