What is the job:

Radware Ltd. is a provider of cybersecurity and application delivery products for physical, cloud and software-defined data centers. The Invoice controller is responsible for invoice generation in the ERP system, invoice to order compatibility verification and invoice delivery to the customers.

What will you do?

• Generating the invoices for all “new business” in the Oracle cloud against order booking / delivery

• Checking each invoice VS the order / contract details in Oracle cloud and verifying full compatibility in order to allow smooth collection

•  Invoice delivery to the customer via Oracle cloud

• Open and update supplier records in the Oracle system, ensuring supplier data is accurate, complete, and properly maintained

• Open purchase requisitions in Oracle Cloud.

• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.

• Issue reports, including invoice reports, KPI reports, and other operational reports as required

What you need:

• Student in business administration, Finance, logistics, or any other related field\

• Ability to work 3 days per week (24 hours weekly)

• Fluent in English and HebrewHigh attention to details

• Proactive, self-motivated, team player
