About the Role

Marchesi 1824 marks the Prada Group's entry into the world of Food & Beverage, enriching the Milanese tradition with the renowned Marchesi patisseries. JOB PURPOSE

The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate and digital communication by supporting the management of social media channels, creating engaging content, updating digital platforms, and utilizing professional tools. Throughout the internship, the candidate will develop practical skills in communication planning, campaign execution, performance reporting, and event organization. The role will also provide exposure to dedicated projects, enabling the intern to strengthen their ability to engage with different audiences and contribute to brand communication initiatives across multiple channels. 

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Support the creation of content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
  • Draft press releases and promotional materials.
  • Plan and publish content across social media platforms and other corporate channels using Sprinklr.
  • Monitor social media interactions and analyze performance through Sprinklr, preparing periodic reports to support communication activities.
  • Support the development and management of social media campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and performance analysis through Sprinklr.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics for digital channels.
  • Use graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create social media posts and visual communication materials.
  • Update corporate social media pages and websites.
  • Support the organization of in-store events, including event setup, communication materials, and social media coverage.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials for both physical and digital events.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and comments across social media and other digital channels, including through Sprinklr.
  • Contribute to the development of creative content formats that reflect the brand identity and align with corporate guidelines.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 Degree or current studies in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related fields.

Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and brand management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.

Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude, creativity, and strong organizational skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

 

Monthly allowance of €800
