The HR Operations Intern supports the team in delivering accurate, timely, and well-documented operations across assigned service areas, while gaining hands-on exposure to HR processes, SOP documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

  • Document operational procedures and help update SOPs.
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Prepare and submit documents to statutory offices or external parties when needed.
  • Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for effective operations and audit readiness.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and updates on improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor service issues, follow up on actions, and flag inconsistencies.
  • Support process improvement and coordination across service areas.
  • Work with team members to complete tasks on time.
