This is more than an internship — it’s a true clinical home built for motivated Registered Intern Therapists (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) who want structured supervision, steady caseload growth, and a low-burnout path to Florida licensure.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a consistent outpatient caseload starting at 15+ sessions/week and ramping toward 24+ sessions/week (for full-time benefits)
  • Deliver therapy (in-person in one of our beautiful Broward offices + hybrid telehealth based on client needs)
  • Receive free weekly qualified supervision (individual and/or group)
  • Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues and external providers
  • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards


Requirements
Required:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Currently registered (or eligible to register within 60 days) as RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI in Florida
  • Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
  • Commitment to growing and maintaining a steady caseload


Preferred:

  • Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health settings
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued)
  • Strong clinical skills, reliability, and eagerness for mentorship


Compensation & Benefits (W-2 Employee)

  • Competitive pay: $40–$52+ per clinical session (face-to-face therapy hour), paid biweekly
  • Realistic full-time earning potential: $50,000–$78,000+ annually (at 24–30 sessions/week, ~50 working weeks, with our consistent referral support)
