Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du unterstützt die Logistikplanung aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran.
  • Eigenverantwortlich übernimmst du Teilprojekte zur Stabilisierung und Optimierung des Warenstroms im neuen Werk Bietigheim, wobei du die PDCA-Methode gezielt anwendest.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Dashboards mit MS Power BI, SQL und Azure Data Lake, um komplexe Daten verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Die Planungsgruppe bereicherst du durch den Einsatz moderner KI-Tools und hilfst aktiv bei deren Auswahl und Implementierung.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in SAP und MS Power BI; erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist ein eigeninitiativ handelnder Teamplayer, der gut und gerne kommuniziert
  • Arbeitsalltag: teilweise mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands möglich
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch

Beginn: ab Oktober 2026
Dauer: 5 - 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)
