Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Intern at our Quality team. 

To carry out inspection on raw materials, finished goods, wastewaters and lab trials, carry out analysis.

Provide input to production, purchasing and process engineer for quality improvement for finished goods, raw materials, wastewaters and lab trials.

What will you be doing?

  1. To carry out inspections on finished goods, raw materials to ensure that within the specification.
  2. To carry out test on samples for process improvement or customer complaints, wastewater, and last rinse water from tank washing.
  3. To carry out New raw material qualification testing and GTT sample and test methods verify.
  4. To ensure that non-compliance of materials (Finished goods and Raw materials) are reported to management by C-pro.
  5. To report and document test results.
  6. To digest new method and document in local system and ensure method in used is most updated. 
  7. To carry out daily process audit IPQC to spot check the compliance of operation and work with process engineer in improving control plan.
  8. To calibrate, maintenance and repair lab equipment.
  9. To keep the QC lab clean and tidy, chemicals and equipment are kept in designated location and properly maintained.
  10. To finish any other tasks assigned by the leader.
