Stellenbeschreibung

Du suchst ein Praktikum, das dir tiefe Einblicke in die Welt des Controllings ermöglicht und dich aktiv in die Gestaltung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen einbindet? Bei uns übernimmst du von Tag eins an Verantwortung und trägst maßgeblich zur monatlichen Berichterstattung bei.

  • Während deines Praktikums wirkst du vollumfänglich an der monatlichen Berichterstattung mit und analysierst sowie erstellst Reports zu sämtlichen Profit- and Loss-Positionen.
  • Prozessoptimierungen und -automatisierungen gestaltest du aktiv mit.
  • Dabei arbeitest du mit wesentlichen Controlling-Instrumenten und IT-Tools wie Hyperion Financial Management, SAP Business Warehouse und MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Power BI.
  • In aktuelle Sonderthemen sowie in spannende Controlling-Projekte wirst du eingebunden und kooperierst eng mit internationalen Kolleg:innen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Datenvorbereitung für verschiedene Bereichsvorstandsmeetings und stellst die Übermittlung verlässlicher Daten an die Bosch-Zentrale sicher.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar mit Vertiefung Finanzen/Controlling und fortgeschrittenem Studienverlauf
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie IT-Kenntnisse
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest motiviert und eigenverantwortlich, findest lösungsorientierte Ansätze und denkst strukturiert sowie integrativ
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Begeisterung: Freude am Arbeiten im Team und an der Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse; Begeisterung für die Chance auf ein Auslandspraktikum
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
