Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436   


Position: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week

Hourly Rate: starting at $17 


Highland Management group is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern for the Summer. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing responsibilities working side-by-side with our Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of marketing principles and be able to execute a variety of tasks efficiently. This is a  Monday-Friday part-time position offering up to 25 hours per week.


? Assist with photographing apartment homes, amenities, and community spaces while learning real estate photography techniques.

? Create and edit 3D floor plan renderings to support property marketing efforts.

? Design engaging marketing materials for print, social media, websites, and digital advertising.

? Fulfill marketing requests from on-site teams, including flyers, signage, and promotional materials.

? Support content creation and branding initiatives across multiple apartment communities.

? Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects and day-to-day marketing activities.


Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

? Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, communications, marketing or related fields.

? Detail orientated

? Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

? Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

? Experience using WordPress
