About The Company
Thomas James Homes is the nation’s largest single-lot homebuilder, delivering new homes in the neighborhoods people already love. We offer a more predictable path to homeownership, whether building on your own homesite or purchasing a move-in-ready home. Through one integrated team, we provide guaranteed pricing, a defined timeline, and a streamlined experience from design through construction. Operating across Southern California, Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Arizona, TJH specializes in building design-driven homes in high-demand neighborhoods where new construction is limited. Our approach eliminates the tradeoffs that have long defined homebuilding, bringing together location, design, and certainty in one cohesive process. At TJH, we’re building more than homes. We’re delivering a better way to get there.
