Als Werkstudent bei Secusmart wirst Du Teil unseres Secusmart Business Operations / Professional Services Teams. Dein Einsatz trägt zur Qualität und Verbesserung unserer Business Operations / Professional Services Operations bei. Du bist kommunikativ und offen, Du bringst Dich im Team besonders gut ein, genauso glänzt Du durch eigenständige Arbeitsweisen. Du hast besonders großen Spaß an der Lösung kniffliger und komplexer Aufgabenstellungen, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben:

• Konfiguration und Betrieb des ERP-Systems Odoo
• Anpassen der Odoo-Module mithilfe von Python-Programmen
• Entwickeln von neuen Odoo-Modulen in Python
• Koordination & Durchführung von System-Upgrade-Aktivitäten
• Agile Softwareentwicklungsplanung mit SCRUM-ähnlichen Prozessen
• Erstellen von Testplänen und -protokollen
• Schulung des Benutzerpersonals im Hinblick auf Einführung, Umstellungen und Systemanpassungen
• Durchführung und Dokumentation der Tests
• Vorschläge zum Design im Hinblick auf Einsparungen von Kosten, Zeitaufwand und alternative Maßnahmen sowie zur Erfüllung bestehender und künftiger Anforderungen des Unternehmens
• Empfiehlt Änderungen der Entwicklungs-, Wartungs- und Systemstandard

Dein Profil:

• Studium im Bereich von Informatik oder vergleichbare technische Studiengänge
• Über das bisherige Studium hinausgehende, erste Erfahrungen in der Programmierung mit höheren Programmiersprachen (Bonus: Erfahrung mit Python)
• Bonus: Erfahrung in Windows und Linux Administration
• MS-Office-Power-User
• Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Interesse & Möglichkeit diesen Job mindestens 2 Jahre auszuüben

Your tasks:

• Configuration and operation of the Odoo ERP system
• Customization of Odoo modules using Python programs
• Developing new Odoo modules in Python
• Coordination & implementation of system upgrade activities
• Agile software development planning with SCRUM-like processes
• Creating test plans and protocols
• Training of user personnel with regard to introduction, conversions and system adjustments
• Execution and documentation of tests
• Suggests design with regard to cost savings, time savings and alternative measures and to meet existing and future business requirements
• Recommends changes to development, maintenance and system standards

Your profile:

• Degree in the field of computer science or comparable technical studies
• Beyond previous studies, initial experience in programming with higher programming languages (bonus: experience with Python)
• Bonus: Experience in Windows and Linux administration
• MS Office power user
• Strong IT affinity
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Interest & ability to do this job for at least 2 years
