About the Role

All’interno della Divisione Moda, entrerai a far parte della Boutique Chanel di Firenze e contribuirai a garantire alla clientela locale e internazionale il miglior servizio. 

Attività

  • Far vivere ai Clienti un'esperienza di accoglienza eccellente secondo gli standard e le linee guida della Maison

  • creare una buona relazione con i clienti accompagnandoli nella scoperta della boutique  

  • Interagire con i clienti nell’attesa del servizio vendita 

  • concludere il servizio vendita dedicandosi al packaging prodotto 

  • garantire l’immagine della Maison secondo gli standard previsti

  • essere ambasciatore della Maison rispettando le nostre linee guida di grooming

Requisiti

  • Diploma di istruzione superiore e/o Laurea preferibilmente ad indirizzo linguistico 

  • esperienza pregressa nel settore eventi o retail Moda, Lusso e/o Hotellerie 

  • forte interesse e motivazione a lavorare nel settore della Moda e del Lusso

  • senso del servizio

  • forte orientamento alla collaborazione ed allo spirito di squadra, 

  • ottime doti relazionali da sviluppare all’interno di un ambiente multiculturale 

  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
