The Position

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our Marketing department. In this part-time role, you will support our team across various marketing initiatives, from administrative tasks to digital media campaigns and creative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic diagnostics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:

  • Purchase Order (PO) creation and new vendor setup.

  • General administrative support.

• Marketing Coordination:

  • Coordinating product-related updates and communications across the Product Management team.

  • Coordinating Marketing Team Meetings and corresponding tasks.

• Digital & Social Media:

  • Creating content for social media channels and influencer campaigns.

  • Facilitating communication with agencies and external partners.

• Marketing Materials Creation:

  • Executing simple graphic design tasks.

  • Performing translation checks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field).

• Interested in healthcare and diagnostics.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative projects.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
