About The Company
We are F/A/Q – The Better Health Group, an impact company building the future of health for a new generation. Under our brand FAQ YOU, we combine medical credibility with digital culture – radically prevention-first, youth-driven and socially relevant. We create digital services, educational campaigns, and care solutions that empower young people to take charge of their health. Not symptom-first, but access-first. Not top-down, but community-driven. As a group, we work across systems, sectors, and communities – partnering with health systems, companies, media, and public institutions to scale what works and rethink what doesn’t. Our mission: We empower youth’s health choices through advocacy, literacy, and access. Join us in building a health culture the next generation actually wants to be part of.
About the Role

Your mission

We are F/A/Q Health – a social business operating at the intersection of health, culture and community. Our mission is to empower young people to make informed decisions about their health while building the digital infrastructure that enables them to do so. Through our flagship brand FAQ YOU we are developing the next-generation health companion.
We believe that health is not an institutional issue, but a cultural one. That's why we engage young people where identity and community are formed, guiding them from awareness to knowledge, services and meaningful action. Through our "Full Circle" approach, we combine reach, trust and cultural relevance to turn attention into real impact. Because the greatest challenge in healthcare is not a lack of information – it's turning information into action.
As a Business Development & Partnerships Fellow, you will help us build the relationships, opportunities, and collaborations that fuel our growth. You will support the identification of new partners, sponsorships, campaigns, and strategic opportunities while helping position F/A/Q Health as one of Africa's most innovative youth health organisations.
Over the course of six months, you will gain hands-on experience in business development, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, sponsorship development and commercial growth. About us

We started as a small group of young  individuals with a bold vision to improve youth health and wellness. Driven by our commitment to create a better future, we launched various projects to  address the need for accessible and stigma-free health education and resources  for our peers. Despite facing many challenges, we refused to accept the status  quo and used our creativity and passion to develop innovative solutions. Over  the years, our unwavering commitment to empowering young people earned us recognition  and various impactful, award-winning campaigns.

As we evolved, we consolidated our various activities and became a leader in youth health and prevention, offering a holistic approach to promote health literacy and informed decision-making. With a deep respect for diversity and the importance of meeting young people on their level, we continued to expand and internationalize our programs, build strong partnerships, and inspire many individuals to join us.

In 2023, after the challenges posed by the  Covid-19 pandemic, we emerged stronger, with a new team and offices in Hamburg,  Johannesburg, and Los Angeles. Committed to our purpose, vision, and mission,  we are dedicated to empowering more young people to lead the healthiest life  possible. Our vision of a world where every young person has the knowledge,  resources, and confidence to lead a healthy and fulfilling life is within  reach, and we won't stop until it becomes a reality. At the heart of F/A/Q – The Better Health Group is the belief that every young person has the right to lead a healthy life, and  it's this passion that drives the brand to continuously evolve and adapt to  meet the ever-changing needs of young people.
