About the Role


PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Product Management Intern will assist with analyzing the market and identify trends to predict the popularity of a product. They will collect data via market research to make recommendations about products. 


MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

  • Monitors competitor activity to identify new opportunities or threats to the company’s existing products or business model
  • Conducts market research and analyzes trends to identify new opportunities for existing products or services
  • Research new technologies that may affect the development of new products
  • Create/modify financial models (e.g., via Excel dashboards, pivot tables, financial formulas, etc.) to assist with current and future initiatives


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Needed:
  • Very strong communications/interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skill set (e.g., Excel, creating/applying metrics
  • Very focused and detailed-oriented

Desired:

  • Finance or Accounting major
  • PowerPoint
