Internship period: July - December 2026

 

Scope of Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects related to employee engagement, employer branding, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and HR operations across multiple countries. This is an excellent opportunity to develop HR skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement events such as DEI Festival, Empowering Future, and Corning Cares initiatives.
    • Support communications and logistics to ensure employees’ participation and effective event delivery.

 

  1. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to initiatives focused on promoting the organization as an employer of choice, including efforts related to the Great Place to Work certification.
    • Provide administrative and creative support to strengthen external and internal branding activities.

 

  1. Compensation & Benefits:
    • Assist in the analysis of benefits across SEA countries.
    • Support compensation benchmarking, market surveys, and entity-level analysis.
    • Update SEA countries' employee handbooks, create FAQ content for Little Joe AI, and validate that existing benefits comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide administrative support for corporate wellness initiatives as needed

 

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Provide support in the implementation of Phenom (AI-powered talent experience platform).
    • Assist with recruitment logistics and coordination as needed.

 

  1. HR Operations:
    • Deliver day-to-day administrative HR support across various functions.
    • Assist with onboarding activities, including helping to improve and maintain the HR SEA SharePoint site for better access to onboarding and HR resources.
    • Help manage HR documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks.

 

Required Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
