  • Assist in coordinating international air and ocean freight shipments
  • Support import and export documentation processes
  • Track and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Update and maintain operational data in company systems
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support daily operations
  • Support continuous improvement and administrative activities within the operations team
