Attendance Management
Monitor staff attendance.
Check and verify leave, off days, and absences.
Payroll, Commission, Claims, Referral Incentive & Allowances
Handle the monthly payroll process, including leaves, allowances, incentives, commissions, claims, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).
Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and statutory submissions.
Compute and compile payroll-related data for seamless updates in the payroll system.
Manage the Referral Incentive Program by tracking progress and eligibility of referred employees.
Maintain employee personal files in the payroll system and internal drives, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Asset & Inventory Management
Manage inventory of company assets (uniforms, access cards, laptops, etc.).
Issue, track, and maintain asset records for all employees.
Coordinate asset returns during employee offboarding.
Additional Assignments
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.
