About the Role

Attendance Management

  • Monitor staff attendance.

  • Check and verify leave, off days, and absences.

Payroll, Commission, Claims, Referral Incentive & Allowances

  • Handle the monthly payroll process, including leaves, allowances, incentives, commissions, claims, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and statutory submissions.

  • Compute and compile payroll-related data for seamless updates in the payroll system.

  • Manage the Referral Incentive Program by tracking progress and eligibility of referred employees.

  • Maintain employee personal files in the payroll system and internal drives, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory of company assets (uniforms, access cards, laptops, etc.).

  • Issue, track, and maintain asset records for all employees.

  • Coordinate asset returns during employee offboarding.

Additional Assignments

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.
