About the Role

Schneider Electric is excited to offer an on-site Finance Internship at our El Paso, Texas plant. This role requires in-plant presence, with occasional remote flexibility based on business needs.

Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where you will influence key decisions, deliver impactful financial insights, and support operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders, contribute to budgeting and investment planning, and gain exposure to transformation initiatives across the North America Global Supply Chain (GSC) network.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Finance Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to drive financial and operational performance
  • Partner across GSC Finance and cross-functional teams on key initiatives
  • Identify short- and mid-term risks and opportunities, enabling timely decisions
  • Promote understanding of key performance metrics aligned with NAM GSC and NA Operations strategy

Financial Controlling & Budget Management

  • Support budgeting processes and capital investment reviews
  • Participate in financial audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
  • Contribute to finance training and knowledge sharing within the organization

  • Interest in building a long-term career in Finance and Supply Chain

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA is a plus)
  • Excel skills, including data analysis and generating actionable insights from large datasets
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus
