About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Virginia this summer.

As part of the AMS marketing team, this role will work closely with the broader marketing team, marketing operations and the AMS sales and business development teams to maintain consistency across brand, messaging, programs and processes. You will provide essential support across various marketing functions, including event management, data organization, administrative tasks, and content proof reading.

This role is a hybrid position located at our Virginia office. Candidates must be able to be on site in the office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities 
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including invitation email creation, on-site support and post-event communications.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Marketing Administration: Handle invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks.
  • Copy Proofreading: Review and proofread marketing content to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Digital Marketing: Support the creation and management of landing pages and social posts for campaigns and events.
What we’re looking for in a candidate
  • Strong interest in marketing and the tech industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 essential, and marketing and project management tools (SalesForce.com, Marketo, Asana) is advantageous but not required.
  • Potential to travel to events.
