What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Technician, Talent Acquisition (student), you’ll be at the heart of our mission.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.
  • Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately.
  • Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
  • Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.

  • Stands out for their organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is comfortable with technological tools, including HR systems (Workday) and artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Copilot).
  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of French required, as the role involves regular communication with internal and external colleagues and partners, participation in meetings, and reviewing documentation in French.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 23$ and 30$ CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the employment status (student or intern).
