What you'll do:
  • You will work closely with our Legal & Compliance team to understand workflows, documentation needs, and use cases for AI-assisted legal support.
  • You will design, structure, and refine prompts and training data to optimize the Claude AI legal plugin for real-world legal and compliance scenarios.
  • You will identify gaps in the plugin's outputs, document findings, and propose improvements in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  • You will test the AI tool across a range of legal tasks, including contract review, compliance checks, and policy interpretation, and evaluate output quality.
  • You will support the creation of guidelines and best practices for how the Legal & Compliance team interacts with and leverages the Claude AI plugin.


Who we're looking for:
  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated in law or legal studies, or in AI, computer science, or a related technical field, with proven experience in the other.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have a genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied to legal and regulatory contexts.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured information.
  • You can translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise language suitable for AI training inputs.
  • You are a proactive self-starter who can take ownership and drive a project forward with minimal supervision.
