About the role 🖥️

As a People Operations Apprentice, you will support the local HR team in delivering key HR operations across employee administration, payroll, temporary workforce management, and employee experience initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth employee journey while contributing to various HR projects across our Paris and Tourcoing sites.

What you will do 👜

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, employee documentation (certificates, amendments, administrative letters), and reporting.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day HR questions and policies.
  • Coordinate occupational health administration, including medical visits, headcount updates, and invoicing processes.

Payroll & Time Management

  • Support monthly payroll preparation by reviewing working time records and variable compensation elements for our Paris and Tourcoing sites.
  • Manage employee absences, sick leave, overtime, meal vouchers, and communicate relevant information to payroll teams.
  • Support employees on payroll-related topics, including leave management and social security compensation processes (IJSS).

Temporary Workforce Management

  • Support the temporary workforce process in partnership with staffing agencies.
  • Coordinate temporary worker administration, including contracts, timesheet validation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Monitor key workforce metrics such as temporary workforce turnover and absenteeism.

Employee Experience & HR Projects

  • Contribute to onboarding initiatives and employee engagement programs that strengthen company culture.
  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and the overall employee experience.

Who you are ⭐

  • Master's student (M1/M2) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field looking for an apprenticeship-  "contrat d'apprentissage" or "contrat de professionalisation"
  • Available to work on-site at least 70% of the time.
  • Ideally have a first experience in Human Resources through an internship, apprenticeship, or student role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
