This co-op program provides students with the opportunity to explore the global colleague community engagement side of our business. Interns will gain exposure to key areas such as corporate social responsibility initiatives, event planning, stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and internal communications while also learning how global programs drive employee engagement and social impact. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives like Impact Week and Season of Giving, support community-focused programs around the world, and see firsthand how cross-functional teams collaborate to create meaningful impact.
Position Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of Impact Week and Season of Giving activities.
Coordinate with teams across regions to track participation and program details.
Help gather and organize campaign data, including volunteer metrics and impact results.
Assist with internal communications, storytelling, and content development.
Support event logistics and stakeholder coordination as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
Comfortable working with data, including experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar for tracking and reporting.
Interest in community engagement, volunteering, corporate social responsibility, and social impact programs.
Prior internship or experience in event planning, communications, or program coordination is an asset.
Experience working with global or cross-functional teams is an asset.
Familiarity with volunteer engagement tools (e.g., Benevity Impact Hub) is considered a nice-to-have, but not required.

Salary range is expected to be between:
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
