About the Role

Hier bringst Du Deine Energie ein:

  • Controlling-Prozesse mitgestalten: Du unterstützt unser Business Controlling-Team bei der Koordination von Planungs-, Prognose- und Reportingprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Bereichen und Querschnittsfunktionen.
  • Management-Reporting: Du bereitest Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Berichte auf – inkl. Unterlagen für Vorstandssitzungen.
  • Analysen & Empfehlungen: Du erstellst Plan-/Ist-Analysen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen bei Abweichungen ab.
  • Digitalisierung & Visualisierung: Du wirkst mit an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Reportings sowie an der Erstellung moderner Dashboards – z. B. in SAP Analytics Cloud oder Power BI.
  • Innovativ denken: Du setzt erste KI-gestützte Tools ein – z. B. Microsoft Copilot oder ChatGPT – zur Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen.
  • Flexibel arbeiten: Du gestaltest Deine Arbeitszeit flexibel in Abstimmung mit Deinem Studienplan – ca. 15–20 Stunden während der Vorlesungszeit, bis zu 40 Stunden in den Semesterferien.

Du hast das gewisse Etwas, wenn Du:

  • Im Studiengang Wirtschaftswissenschaften, einem MINT-Fach oder einem verwandten Bereich eingeschrieben bist.
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Controlling oder Finanzbereich mitbringst.
  • Sicher mit Excel und PowerPoint umgehst – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Erstellen von Management-Präsentationen.
  • Erste Einblicke in SAP Analytics Cloud oder Power BI hast (von Vorteil).
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und KI-Tools zeigst.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative mitbringst.
