Über den Bereich

 

Für den Bereich Configuration Management suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Taufkirchen einen Werkstudenten (w/m/d) Configuration Management.

 

Der Bereich Configuration Management unterstützt die strukturierte Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Produkt-, Software- und Prozessinformationen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Software-Tools, der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen sowie der Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen. Dabei erfolgt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, dem Projektmanagement und weiteren Fachbereichen.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Konfigurationsmanagement
  • Anpassung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines Software-Tools
  • Konfiguration und Optimierung von Workflows, Masken, Reports und Dashboards
  • Unterstützung bei der Erfassung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von KPIs
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Auswertungen und Management-Reports
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Dokumentation von Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozessen
  • Entwicklung einfacher Automatisierungen, beispielsweise mithilfe von Skripten, Workflows oder automatisierter Datenaufbereitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Datenpflege sowie bei Qualitäts- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, dem Projektmanagement und weiteren Fachbereichen

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse an Konfigurationsmanagement, Datenmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Software-Tools und Datenbanken
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Skriptsprachen wie PowerShell oder VBA sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und Access
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit KPI-Tracking, Reporting oder Prozessautomatisierung sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, ALM-, PLM- oder Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools sind wünschenswert
  • Grundverständnis von Softwareentwicklungs- und Änderungsprozessen
  • Analytische, strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
